Continuous flow loop belt machine for deburring and mass-finishing of aluminium die castings. The special design loop belt ensures a first in - first out treatment of the parts without part damage.

Tumble belt batch machine for small steel parts with fully automated parts loading from large hoppers. After the blasting treatment the parts are automatically batched by weight into small bins.

Continuous belt blasting installation with a belt width of 1500 mm and 10 special designed blast wheels for plastic media. The surface of pre-shaped polyurethane foam parts for commercial vehicles as well as for proving installations (e.g. cockpits) is roughened up before coating in a following process.

Continuous roller conveyor belt installation with eight Hurricane blast wheels for descaling high alloyed metal sheets up to 3m with. The high media speed (velocity) up to 100 m/sec and the special arrangement of the blast wheels allow deformation free blasting of even thin sheet with a through feed velocity of more than 14m/min.

BNP A-200 AND BNP A-205

Think of the BNP A-200 and A-205 indexing turntable machines as painters' canvasses, ready to be transformed into your vision of an automated blast system. The basic BNP A-200 comes with six rotating satellites in a four-feet by four-feet by five-feet tall cabinet. You can select computer controls, extra satellites and blast guns, suction or pressure blast system, oscillating arms, and other options to create the perfect automated cabinet for your application.

The BNP A-205 measures five by five by five, giving you more room to mount guns and other options.
